These Terms of Use apply to this VentureVerse by Brinc website (including all subdomains, related websites and platforms, the "Site"), which is operated by Brinc Limited and its affiliates (collectively, "Brinc", "we", "us" and/or "our").
Overview
This Site provides information about our organization, application processes, and services offered by Brinc, including our accelerator programs, educational resources, and the VentureVerse ecosystem powered by the BRQ token. The Site may also offer tools for users to join waitlists, submit applications, and access other services.
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not access this Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

VentureVerse and BRQ Token

- Waitlist Registration: By registering for the waitlist related to the BRQ token or VentureVerse ecosystem, you express interest only and are not making any financial commitment.

BRINC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. IN NO EVENT WILL BRINC'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED US$100.

Dispute Resolution
